02 / When you can expect a reply
We aim to answer WhatsApp messages within a few hours during the working day, and by the next morning if you write to us overnight. Bali runs on WITA (GMT+8), so if you are messaging from another time zone, a short delay simply means we are asleep on the island, not ignoring you.
Office hours are illustrative: roughly Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Bali time. Outside those hours, leave your message and we will pick it up first thing.
