01 / Our story
Balcoma began with a simple observation: Bali draws people in, but it does not always make it easy to put down roots. Investors, expats, and long-stay travellers arrive full of intention, then meet a maze of land, permits, builders, and brokers. We saw the gap between the dream of Bali and the reality of doing things here, and we set out to close it.
Rather than build one business, we chose to build a family of them. Each company in the Balcoma group solves a real, specific need: a calm place to stay, a reliable set of wheels, a clear path through property, a beautifully finished interior. Together they cover much of what it takes to live, invest, and feel at home on the island.
We are headquartered in Bali and operate across Indonesia. We are proudly local, and we work to international standards. That balance, rooted here, open to the world, is the thread running through everything we do.

A holding company is a parent that owns and nurtures other businesses. Balcoma is not a single service you hire; it is the group behind four independent brands, each with its own name, team, and website. We give them shared values, long-term backing, and a standard of care, then let them do what they do best.
